Description

Antique Travelling Chess set made from Bone & red-stained Bone. The folding box is made from solid Mahogany with a Rosewood & Birch chessboard interior. All chess pieces have pegs which keep them secure in the box and if you're in the middle of a game & need to shut the box just fold over the flaps, close the box and fasten with the brass hooks - then all the pieces remain secure. All taken pieces can be placed on the exterior of the chess board & will also remain secured.
