Victorian Burr Walnut Jewellery Box inlaid with two tunbridge style bands, both bands have a chequered tulipwood inlay which is entwined by further stained boxwoods and rosewood with satinwood squares that run from the top to bottom of the Jewellery Box. The escutcheons are both made of mother of pearl & surrounded by a chequered stained boxwood inlays.

The interior of the lid is lined with a crushed burgandy velvet with a burgandy leatherette paper. The removable tray has a number of compartments for storing watches, chains bracelets etc including a special section for earrings,cufflinks or rings and is lined with the same colour velvet & leatherette paper. Beneath the lift out tray is further room for storage of jewellery, trinkets, etc.
